Priority Selection
  • Low - Usability or cosmetic issue (confusing behaviour, display/layout problems, small glitches, help using the system)
  • High - Can access the portal, but features are not working or work can’t be completed
  • Critical - Unable to access the Komatsu TRB Portal (can't login, not loading etc.)
